Palatable countrified rock, mostly of the mellow Eagles variety ('Desert Song' is a dead ringer for 'Peaceful Easy Feeling') but with occasional bite as on 'Night Rider' and 'Dead Reckoning', the latter of which I've read helped reverse radio evangelist Bob Larson's stance on Christian rock. Nice slide guitar work. Produced by Al Perkins and Tom Stipe, featuring Danny Daniels on guitar and vocals. KS
