All That I Can Do
Lots of Phil Keaggy involvement. A ground-breaking praise and worship album of Ted's songs from the Love Inn Company era. Phil's influence and guitar is felt all through the album without being over-bearing. He handles several of the lead vocals along with ex-Ronnette, Nedra Ross, Mary Hamilton and Ted himself. "All That I Can Do" has been sung in many a church since this release. DH

Unofficial biographical info on Ted Sandquist

Ted Sandquist, son of a Swedish Covenant Church pastor, studied at Wheaton College. He met his wife Dawn while riding across Northern Ohio on his motorcycle. Ted and Dawn were among the first of a group of Jesus people to gather near Freeville, New York, home of the award winning syndicated radio program the Scott Ross Show. These believers formed a Christian community known as Love Inn. Their ministry was housed in a donated barn that served as dormitory at times, as kitchen and dining area, as church building, as school building, and as a recording and broadcast studio.

Scott Ross

Ted was one of the elders of the community from the earliest years. In the 80's the name Love Inn Community was changed to Covenant Love Community and Ted served as the senior elder and pastor. Throughout all the years Ted was writing and recording music, much of it for worship, that has mostly been distributed to churches and worship leaders. Lion of Judah would be one of his most popular works. Other songs of his include Send Out Your Light and Truth (on the Phil Keaggy album, P'lip Side) and Blessed Are (on Keaggy's latest vocal album, Inseparable.

Ted Sandquist and Phil Keaggy (1976)

A few years ago, Ted was released from local responsibility in order to travel internationally under the auspices of Global Worship Initiatives. In addition to teaching worship seminars, Ted has given training and oversight to other pastoral leaders. He has also led intercessors and prayer walkers into nations closed to the gospel. Dawn travels with him and is gifted in singing and in dance.

He currently still resides near Freeville, New York. He and Dawn have three adult sons and a daughter in college. The whole family is involved in their ministry and two of the sons now have a band and are at this time recording a CD consisting of musically updated versions of some of Ted's older songs as well as several of their own. - Steve Humble
